These are great Adjustable Grip Strength Trainers with markings on the side to indicate adjusting from 5kg to 60kg (way more). This little grip trainer does feel like it's way more than 60kg when the slider has been adjusted. With the gripper adjusted to 60kg, it feels more like 100+.
